Mesa North

Mesa North is one of the oldest and more established neighborhoods in Steiner Ranch neatly nestled in the preserve. It was one of the first developments and therefore lends itself to diversity and an established landscaping environment. Mesa North is located within walking distance of a network of hiking trails, including the Bear Creek Trail and the Dry Gulch Trail.

This small and quaint neighborhood was built between 1988 and 1998 with homes ranging in size from 1,937 square feet to 3,600 square feet.

Mesa North is ideally located less than a mile from John Simpson Community Center, which offers residents amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, volleyball and a basketball court. John Simpson also has one of the best loved parks in Steiner Ranch, as it is completely sheltered under trees, perfect for summer playtime.
