Parkside

Parkside is a quaint neighborhood located in the heart of Steiner Ranch. The homes in Parkside were built between 2005 and 2008 by Mercedes and the very popular builder, David Weekley. It is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in Steiner Ranch but its homes still include luxurious amenities such as hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and backyard patios or balconies. Homes in Parkside range from approximately 1,900 to 2,800 square feet.

This neighborhood is located extremely close to the Shops at Steiner Ranch, a local shopping center, which includes the Steiner-Ranch-famous Lakeside Pizza and Grill, Cups & Cones ice cream shop, Kawa Asian Kitchen, Amrit Dry Cleaners, and Wag a Bag Gas Station. Also in this center is the acclaimed School in the Hills private Montessori school for toddlers-kindergarten aged children. To increase your sense of safety right next to Parkside sits a Travis County Fire Station. This neighborhood also offers homes with views of Lake Travis and lots that back up to a lush greenbelt.

The Town Square Community Center and two Leander ISD schools, Laura Bush Elementary and Canyon Ridge Middle school, can be accessed by the winding trail that passes through Parkside, making this neighborhood a perfect fit for families with children.
