The Estates at Westridge

The Estates at Westridge is a pristine, upmarket subdivision in Steiner Ranch built between 2001 and 2009. This is a smaller neighborhood with wide roads and cultivated landscaping. The houses are large family size houses ranging from 3,400-5,000 square feet and all have an identifiable individuality and allure. The lots range in size from 1/3 to a full acre.
